On the Construction of Loyalty Concept in Public Security Colleges under the Perspective of High-Quality Development:Theoretical Connotation,Value Significance and Practical Logic
The value of loyalty,as an important part of Xi Jinping's Socialist Thought with Chinese Characteristics,is a necessary element that constitutes the construction of the core value system of public security colleges and universities,an inevitable requirement for public security colleges and universities to fulfill their duties and missions of training public security specialists,and a basic guarantee for training a high-quality team of public security talents that can be loyal to the motherland and the people,and that identify with and support the cause of socialism with Chinese Characteristics.Moreover,it is an important cornerstone for safeguarding national political security.On the basis of clarifying the basic concepts and meanings of loyalty construction in public security colleges and universities,this study discusses and analyzes the value and significance of loyalty construction in public security colleges and universities for the high-quality development of higher education,and points out the basic logic and countermeasure suggestions for loyalty construction in public security colleges and universities at the practical level.
