On the Structural Elements,Value Functions and Improvement Approaches of Police Situation Notifications of Public Security Organs
The police information notification of the public security organs is a series of information release and transmission work carried out by the public security organs to ensure that the case(matter)information can be timely and accurately transmitted to the public,which includes four key elements,such as the release subject,the recipient,the content of the notification and the feedback mechanism.The value function of the police information report includes releasing the facts of the case,exercising the power of discourse,transmitting the value of public security and guiding the direction of public opinion.At present,there are some problems in the police information notification of public security organs,such as different standards,weak credibility,implicit power rigidity,hindering dialogue and communication,improper content selection,misplaced focus and insufficient emotional response,and easy to cause secondary public opinion.Based on this,in the normative level,we should establish a composite standard to enhance the credibility of police information;At the concept level,we should ease the rigidity of power and actively engage in dialogue.At the content level,we should focus on the core demands and release effective information;At the feedback level,emotional response should be enhanced to prevent the occurrence of secondary public opinion.
