The discussion on the effectiveness of administrative law enforcement of public security organs cannot be separated from the background of standardized construction of law enforcement.On the basis of combing the process of law enforcement standardization construction and combining with the analysis of the components of administrative law enforcement effectiveness,it can be found that public security organs still have some shortcomings in the effectiveness of administrative law enforcement,such as insufficient attention to law enforcement costs,violation of law enforcement prescription and the realization of administrative means deviating from the goal.In this regard,the effectiveness of administrative law enforcement of publicsecurity organs can be continuously improved by doing a good cost-benefit analysis of law enforcement,constructing scientific and reasonable law enforcement procedures,providing efficient and convenient law enforcement information services,promoting the reform of law enforcement supervision and management mechanism,and improving the ability and quality of law enforcement teams.
