Cyber-physical integration in manufacturing enabled by digital twins is the mainstream direction of manu-facturing development in the digital economy era.As a basic unit of manufacturing,digital twin shop-floors can im-prove manufacturing operation management capabilities to adapt to multiple scenarios based on fusion decisions of trusted data and models.A digital twin shop-floor manufacturing operation management platform is proposed to ad-dress the needs of lean,flexible and intelligent manufacturing operation management,as well as the difficulties in a-dapting manufacturing operation management capabilities to physical requirements,adapting manufacturing opera-tion management modes to physical states,and adapting manufacturing operation management strategies to physical scenarios.Its system composition,characteristics and key technologies are also elaborated and discussed respective-ly.On this basis,as manufacturing operation management extends towards cross-organization and cross-enterprise intelligent collaboration including physical resources and virtual resources,a collaborative operation management strategy of"organization-management-standardization-insight-decision-making-improvement"for intelligent produc-tion control was proposed.It provided a series of theoretical and methodological references to support theoretical re-search and application of manufacturing operations management within shop-floors,within enterprises,and across enterprises.
