Digital twin system construction method for evaluating load carrying capacity of crane structures
In the current intrinsic safety of cranes,poor monitoring efforts,single performance indicators and low da-ta utilization lead to low efficiency and incomplete evaluation results in carrying capacity evaluation.Guided by the i-dea of'virtual and real mutual control,mutual adjustment and complementarity',the digital twin system construc-tion method for evaluating the load carrying capacity of crane structures was proposed.The digital twin framework for the load carrying capacity of crane structures was designed by considering equipment service scenarios and utili-zing a digital twin five-dimensional model.Supported by the dynamic comprehensive evaluation method of structural load carrying capacity under multiple indicators,the construction method of the digital twin system for structural load carrying capacity was elaborated hierarchically and hierarchically around virtual real mapping,data interaction and service interaction.The digital twin system platform was built from the perspective of module cohesion and functional integration.The YDC20/30 light and small mobile crane was taken as an example,and the effectiveness of the proposed method and system was verified,which provided a new approach and strategy for timely and accu-rate assessment of the safety of the crane during service.
