考虑能源效率的设备预防性维护策略

针对制造业生产设备能源消耗大、产品质量低、维护成本高等问题,提出了考虑能源效率的设备预防性维护决策模型.考虑到实际情况中,预防性维护成本和设备的运行能耗都与设备的退化密切相关,首先对设备的故障率进行建模,得到变动预防性维护成本以及变动能耗,并利用质量损失成本对产品质量进行约束,同时考虑次品的回收问题.然后以维护成本最小和能效最大为优化目标,构建综合成本能效的多目标决策模型,利用改进的非支配排序算法(NSGAⅡ)和模糊集理论,得到预防性维护阈值以及维护次数的组合.最后通过与单目标维护策略进行比较,验证了模型的有效性和实用性.
Preventive maintenance strategy of equipment considering energy efficiency
Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption,low product quality and high maintenance cost of manufacturing production equipment,a preventive maintenance decision model for equipment considering energy ef-ficiency was proposed.Considering the actual situation,the preventive maintenance cost and the operating energy consumption of equipment were closely related to the degradation of equipment,the failure rate of equipment was modeled to obtain the variable preventive maintenance cost and the variable energy consumption firstly,and the quality of the product was constrained by using the quality loss cost,and the recovery of the defective products was taken into account.Then,with the optimization objectives of minimizing maintenance cost and maximizing energy efficiency,a multi-objective decision model of integrated cost and energy efficiency was constructed,and the combi-nation of preventive maintenance thresholds as well as the number of maintenance was obtained using the NSGAⅡand fuzzy theory.Finally,the validity and practicality of the model were verified by comparing it with the single-ob-jective maintenance strategy.
