TRIZ裁剪方法研究进展综述

裁剪作为TRIZ中提高理想化程度的创新方法,目前已经应用在产品创新设计领域,可有效解决产品创新问题.为更好地进行裁剪方法研究,对国内外主要的相关文献进行研究和分析,系统梳理了裁剪相关概念及主要研究内容.首先,介绍裁剪定义、裁剪流程等相关概念;其次,基于国内外相关文献关键词共现图谱,结合文献具体内容,总结出现有裁剪研究主要集中在:对裁剪组件选择,确定裁剪组件后搜索资源进行有用功能分配、裁剪流程优化、裁剪方法的软件实现以及裁剪方法的应用;最后,提出现有裁剪方法存在的问题与不足,为未来进行裁剪方法研究和应用提供参考.
Review on research progress of TRIZ trimming method
As an innovation method to improve the degree of ideality in TRIZ,trimming has been applied in the field of product innovation and design,which can effectively solve the problem of product innovation.To better carry out the research on trimming method,the main relevant literature at home and abroad was studied and analyzed,and the concepts and main research contents related to trimming were systematically sorted out.The relevant concepts such as trimming definition and trimming process were introduced.Based on the keyword co-occurrence mapping of relat-ed literature at home and abroad,combined with the specific content of the literature,the existing research on trim-ming mainly focused on:the selection of trimming components,the search of resources for useful function allocation after determining the trimming components,the optimization of the trimming process,software implementation of the trimming method and application of the trimming method.The problems and shortcomings of the existing trim-ming method were put forward to provide reference for the future research and application of the trimming method.
