Sourcing and pricing decisions of competive retailers under rick of supply disruptions
For a supply chain consisting of two competing suppliers and two competing retailers,the optimal procure-ment and pricing decisions of retailers was studied when facing supply disruptions.Considering the disruption corre-lation and responsive-pricing retailers,a three-stage game model was established,and the optimal decisions of sup-pliers and retailers were obtained respectively.The results showed that:①the price competition between the suppli-ers was intensified although the diversification benefits were weakened with increasing in the disruption correlation,which made retailers'profit increase,so retailers should choose the suppliers with highly correlated disruptions;②the more competition among retailers,the more important the reliability of supply,so retailers would purchase from more reliable suppliers;③an increase in the reliability of any supplier would not only benefit the supplier itself but also the retailers.
