Collaborative innovation design process model based on OPM
To improve the collective creativity of the team in collaborative innovation design process,a collaborative innovation design process model based on Object-Process Methodology(OPM)was proposed.Using the OPM mod-el and the OPCloud online modeling platform as the basis for team communication and exchange,the OPM model and the Integrated Functional Model(IFM)were combined to collaborate with the team members to comprehensive-ly analyze the root causes leading to surface problems.Combining the ENV model in the General Theory of Powerful Thinking(OTSM)and the coexistence function of topology,the management and validation of conflicting problems was completed,and was the problems was analyzed and solved by using the TRIZ solving tool,which obtained the preliminary innovative solutions.In view of the possible existence of derivative problems in the preliminary solution,a semi-effective solution-derivative problem network was constructed,and a comprehensive solution was obtained by combining solutions and iterative solving.Finally,the effectiveness of the model was verified by taking the Polyeth-ylene(PE)hot melt welding machine as an example.
