复杂装备的集成过程是装配产业链的核心关键环节,实时准确获取产能信息是提升复杂产品集成系统数智能力的关键技术方法.为实时准确计算复杂装备集成在脉动生产模式下的瞬态生产能力,提出一种面向数智化场景应用的复杂装备集成系统瞬态生产能力计算方法.首先,将复杂装备集成过程视为一个复杂系统进行全面分析,构建复杂装备集成系统模型;其次,基于产能需求和脉动节拍进行装配单元计算,并分别计算安装单元和测试单元的生产能力;最后,从复杂装备集成系统的全局,考虑复杂装备集成生产线相关实际关键因素,整合计算复杂装备集成系统的瞬态生产能力.结合实例分析验证了算法对复杂装备集成系统的适用性和有效性,并对比验证了算法的求解精度.
Transient production capacity algorithm for complex equipment integration system
The integration process of complex equipment is the core key link of the assembly industry chain.Real-time accurate acquisition of production capacity information is a key technical method to improve the intelligence of complex product integration systems.To accurately calculate the transient production capacity of complex equipment integration in pulsating production mode in real time,a transient production capacity calculation method of complex equipment integration system for digital intelligence scenario application was proposed.The complex equipment inte-gration process was analyzed as a complex system,and the complex equipment integration system model was con-structed;the assembly unit was calculated based on the capacity demand and pulsation beat,and the production ca-pacity of the installation unit and the test unit was calculated respectively.From the overall situation of the complex equipment integration system,the actual key factors related to the complex equipment integration production line were considered,and the transient production capacity of the complex equipment integration system was integrated and calculated.Combined with case analysis,the applicability and effectiveness of the algorithm for complex equip-ment integration systems were verified,and the solution accuracy of the algorithm was verified by comparison.
