冲突敏捷识别驱动的复杂机电产品创新过程模型研究

为了快速、准确地识别复杂机电产品创新设计中的关键冲突问题,提出一种冲突敏捷识别方法.首先利用敏捷当前现实树快速找到影响系统优化的根原因,并采用冲突图的形式表达;然后提出利用冲突图中的各因素影响关系绘制冲突关联图,敏捷地确定关键冲突;在此基础上,应用TRIZ工具解决冲突得到产品设计方案,再利用未来问题结构树和前提条件树结合定量评价算法对方案进行评价和分析;最后构建了冲突敏捷识别驱动的复杂机电产品创新过程模型.应用该过程模型迭代以上过程进行分析与求解,可以实现复杂机电产品的敏捷创新.以某型号工程船舶为实例进行创新设计,验证了所提过程模型的有效性.
Process model of complex electromechanical products innovation driven by conflict agile identification
To quickly and accurately identify the key conflict problems in innovative design of complex electromechan-ical products,an agile conflict identification method was proposed.Agile Current Reality Tree(A-CRT)was used to quickly find the root causes affecting system optimization and express it in the form of Conflict Resolution Diagram(CRD).Then the conflict correlation diagram was drawn by using the influence relationship of various factors in CRD to quickly determine the key conflicts.On this basis,TRIZ tool was used to solve conflicts to obtain product design scheme,and then the Future Reality Tree(FRT)and Prerequisite Tree(PRT)were combined with quantita-tive evaluation algorithm to evaluate and analyze the scheme.Finally,the complex electromechanical product innova-tion process model driven by conflict agile identification was constructed.The agile innovation of complex mechanical and electrical products could be realized with the process model to analyze and solve the above process iterative-ly.Taking a certain type of engineering ship as an example,the effectiveness of the proposed process model was ver-ified.
