摘要

云制造是一种基于网络协同和数据智能的高效、低碳先进制造新模式,其中云制造服务商的评价选择是实现云制造的重要前提.由于云制造运营数据呈现出多周期与时效性、数据来源的多样性以及数据的异构性等特征,而现有决策模型往往以单周期静态数据和数值型数据为主,缺乏对多源异构时序数据的处理方法.鉴于此,提出一种基于多源异构时序信息的VIKOR评价方法,主要用于对云制造服务商的评价选择,旨在提高分布式制造资源的协同效率.算例研究表明,该方法具有可行性和有效性,可以为云制造多主体协同制造提供决策参考.

Abstract

Cloud manufacturing is a new advanced manufacturing model based on network collaboration and data in-telligence,which is efficient and low-carbon.The evaluation and selection of cloud manufacturing service providers are important prerequisites for realizing cloud manufacturing.Due to the characteristics of multi-period and timeli-ness,diversity of data sources,and heterogeneity of data in cloud manufacturing operation data,existing decision models often focus on single-period static data and numerical data,lacking methods for handling multi-source heter-ogeneous time-series data.On this basis,a VIKOR evaluation method based on multi-source heterogeneous time-se-ries information was proposed for the evaluation and selection of cloud manufacturing service providers,which aimed to improve the collaborative efficiency of distributed manufacturing resources.Case studies showed that the proposed method was feasible and effective,and could provide decision references for collaborative manufacturing of multiple subjects in cloud manufacturing.
