Strategic Emerging Industries Clustering and Global Value Chain Division of Labor
The paper investigates the impact and mechanism of strategic emerging industries agglomeration on global value chain division of labor from 2013 to 2022,using panel data from 30 provincial regions in China.The study finds that strategic emerging industries agglomeration can effectively empower the global value chain division of labor.The heterogeneity analysis shows that the driving effect of strategic emerging industries agglomeration on global value chain division of labor presents a"high marketization level areas are greater than low marketization level areas"different pattern.The mechanism analysis shows that accelerating the cultivation of new quality productive forces is an important path for strategic emerging industries agglomeration to significantly promote the global value chain division of labor.
