Abstract
Wang qing-ping＇s officialdom novels ＂secretaries＂ describes the tough,puzzle,glory and embarrassment of secretaries with feelings of pity and contradiction,expresses the secretaries＇ aspirations ＂not say or do not dare to say＂,shows the spiritual world of secretaries in the Yunhe City.The novel demolishes with penetrating criticism and sharp thinking,and attracts the attention of common people.The writer consciously promotes the plot development,adapt to the readers＇ mental of fast pace in modern society.＂Secretaries＂wakes up people＇s hearts in a way of aesthetic pleasure,make people more respect of dignity and freedom.
