试论当代大学生跨文化交际能力的培养

摘要
在多元文化并存时代,随着经济全球化的发展,各国的跨文化交际日渐频繁,这就对人才的跨文化交际能力提出了新的要求.以跨文化交际能力的相关理论为切入点,引用国内相关专家学者的调查数据,分析当代大学生跨文化交际能力的现状,并针对相对突出的问题,提出培养策略,从而切实有效地提高当代大学生的跨文化交际水平.
Abstract
In the era of multi-culture coexistence,with the development of economic globalization,cross-cultural communication among countries is becoming increasingly frequent,which puts forward updated requirements for the intercultural communication ability of talents.This article attempts to take the relevant theories of cross-cultural communication ability as the starting point,quote survey data from relevant domestic experts and scholars,analyze the current situation of contemporary college students'cross-cultural communication ability,and propose strategies and suggestions for cultivating college students'cross-cultural communication ability in response to relatively prominent problems,so as to effectively improve the level of cross-cultural communication of contemporary college students.
