With the development of the digital economy,more and more traditional retail enterprises are realizing the importance of digitization and actively attempting digital transformation.This paper deeply analyzes the prominent problems of small and medium-sized traditional retail enterprises in the process of digital transformation,such as difficulty in selecting change fields,poor channel coordination and integration,insufficient data analysis and insufficient board in digital capacity building,and puts forward targeted suggestions from the aspects of strategic positioning,channel integration,digital empowerment and organizational remodeling.
