摘要
建设数字乡村是推进农业农村现代化的重要举措,是实现乡村全面振兴的重要途径,也是建设数字中国的重要内容.调查发现,科技支撑常州市乡村数字建设的信息基础薄弱、数字化公共平台不完善、乡村数字人才短缺、数字化应用水平不够高.对此,需要加强数字乡村基础建设、增强数字乡村平台支撑力度、加快数字乡村人才培养速度、加大数字乡村应用推广力度.
Abstract
Building a digital countryside is an important measure to promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,an important way to achieve comprehensive rural revitalization,and an important part of building a digital China.The investigation found that the information foundation supported by technology for the digital construction of rural areas in Changzhou City is weak,the digital public platform is incomplete,there is a shortage of digital talents in rural areas,and the level of digital application is not high enough.In this regard,it is necessary to strengthen the infrastructure construction of digital rural areas,enhance the support of digital rural platforms,accelerate the training speed of digital rural talents,and increase the promotion of digital rural applications.
