Cooperation Path between Higher Vocational Colleges and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises:Based on the Statistical Analysis of Jiangsu Graduates Employment Data
At present,there is a problem of"schools are hot and enterprises are cold"in the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises,especially with large and medium-sized enterprises.In recent years,with the rapid development,small and medium-sized enterprises have a special strategic position in the economic and social development,especially in the recruitment of vocational college students.Based on the statistics of employment of graduates from some higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province,this paper analyzes the current situation of cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises,and puts forward the feasibility and realization path of cooperation between higher vocational colleges and small and medium-sized enterprises.
