The problem of mobile phone dependence in vocational schools has had a negative impact on students'physical and mental health and study.Traditional management and control methods often only treat the symptoms but not the root cause,and it is difficult to form effective management.Guided by the concept of"self-efficacy" put forward by Bandura,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the reasons for mobile phone dependence based on the characteristics of vocational school students.According to the analysis results,the concept of combining "management" and "teaching" is put forward,aiming at reducing students'self-efficacy of overusing mobile phones and improving their self-efficacy of learning activities.
