摘要
以A高职院校为研究对象,运用CIPP评估模型,以学生评价反馈为依据,对该校旅游管理专业研学旅行人才培养现状进行评估,分析存在的问题,提出以培养职业能力为出发点、构建"三横三纵一平台"人才培养体系、实施"两协同三优化"人才培养路径等策略,以期为同类学校研学旅行人才培养提供参考.
Abstract
Taking A higher vocational college as the research object,the CIPP evaluation model was applied to evaluate the current situation of travel talents training for the tourism management major of the university based on student evaluation feedback,and the existing problems were analyzed.This paper proposes strategies such as starting from cultivating professional abilities,constructing a macro talent training system of"three horizontal,three vertical,and one platform",and implementing a micro talent training path of"two collaborations and three optimizations",in order to provide reference for the training of research travel talents in similar universities.
