摘要
"岗课赛证"综合育人是凸显职业教育类型特色的标志及职业教育教学改革的方向,其中课程体系是实现人才培养目标的核心和载体.在厘清"岗课赛证"内在逻辑的基础上,以旅游管理专业职业能力为核心,提出"岗课赛证"融通的课程体系建设范式和建议,为人才培养模式改革和教学质量提升提供参考.
Abstract
The comprehensive education of"Position-Course-Competition-Certificate"is a symbol of highlighting the characteristics of vocational education types and the direction of vocational education teaching reform,among which the curriculum system is the core and carrier of talent cultivation.On the basis of clarifying the inherent logic of"Position-Course-Competition-Certificate",taking the professional ability of tourism management as the core,the article proposes a curriculum system construction paradigm and suggestions for the integration of"Position-Course-Competition-Certificate",providing reference for talent cultivation mode reform and teaching quality improvement.
