职业教育的核心任务是培养高素质技术技能人才.深入剖析"学分银行"的内涵,并结合专业教学实际,明确与"学分银行"相融合的教学评价标准、评价方式,突出职业技能全过程评价,且对评价结果做出说明,尝试构建基于"学分银行"的复合型技术技能人才评价体系,以期为"学分银行"评价体系的有效实施及对技术技能人才的客观评价提供借鉴,促进高职教育高质量发展.
The core task of vocational education is to cultivate high-quality skilled talents.This study makes an in-depth analysis of the connotation of"credit bank",and combined with the professional teaching practice,defines the teaching evaluation standards and evaluation methods integrated with"credit bank",highlights the whole process of vocational skill evaluation,and explains the evaluation results,trying to build a composite technical skill talent evaluation system based on"credit bank".In order to provide reference for the effective implementation of the evaluation system of"credit bank"and the objective evaluation of technical talents,and promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education.
