摘要

预制菜产业发展环境越来越好,市场规模越来越大,对冷链物流服务的要求也越来越高.当前,预制菜产业存在成本高、品控难、损耗大、时效差等问题,要通过完善网络建设、增加设施设备投入、推动产业融合发展、提供一体化服务等举措,打造预制菜冷链快递物流新生态,增强预制菜供应链的韧性.

Abstract

The development environment of prefabricated dishes industry is becoming better,and the market size of it is enlarged.At present,the prefabricated vegetable industry has problems such as high cost,difficult quality control,large loss,and poor timeliness.It is necessary to build a new ecology of cold chain express logistics for prefabricated dishes by improving network construction,increasing investment in facilities and equipment,promoting industrial integration and development,and providing integrated services,so as to enhance the resilience of the prefabricated vegetable supply chain.
