摘要
近年来,曲阜市统筹城乡社会管理体制,积极扩大就业,努力完善社会保障体系,合理调节收入分配,促进社会发展,提高人民健康水平,经济态势趋于好转,但在经济基础、新兴产业、创新能力、产业能级、城市功能、乡村振兴等方面存在明显短板.建议重点实施"工业立市"战略,发挥文化引领作用,加速推进新型城镇化.
Abstract
In recent years,Qufu city has coordinated the urban and rural social management system,actively expanded employment,made efforts to improve the social security system,rationally adjusted income distribution,promoted social development,improved people's health level,and the economic situation has tended to improve.However,there are obvious shortcomings in the economic base,emerging industries,innovation ability,industrial level,urban function,rural revitalization and other aspects.This paper proposes to focus on the implementation of the strategy of"establishing the city by industry",give play to the leading role of culture,and accelerate the new urbanization.
