Abstract
Creating a team of industrial workers in the new era with ideals,faith,knowledge of technology,innovation,courage and dedication is an important support and basic guarantee for the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,the strategy of strengthening the country through talent,and the strategy of innovation-driven development.The construction and reform of industrial workers in the new era need the joint efforts of the government,industry,enterprises and universities to integrate vocational education reform,workers rights and interests protection,scientific and technological innovation investment,safety production responsibility,man-machine collaborative development,industrial culture construction and other paths,with the Chinese style of modern will promote high-quality economic and social development.
