摘要
立足基层工作实际,通过"党小组+教学团队"模式创新实践探索高职院校基层党建与中心工作相融合的路径,实施基层党组织活力提升工程、支部书记"头雁领航"项目和"青年涵润"工程,以高质量党建促进教育教学等各项中心工作的高质量发展,实现两者共促共建、同频共振、同心育人.
Abstract
Based on the grassroots Party work,the path of integration of grassroots Party building and central work will be explored through the innovative practice of the"Party group+teaching team"model in higher vocational colleges to implement the grassroots Party organization"vitality enhancement"project,the Party branch secretary"head goose pilot"project and the"youth nourishment"project.The high-quality Party building will promote the high-quality development of education and other central work,to achieve the both co-construction,co-frequency resonance,and concentric education.
