新时代背景下高职学生主流意识形态教育研究

摘要
高职院校的育人工作要呼应新时代的要求,开展主流意识形态的教育研究与实践工作,有效提升育人工作的实效性.由于高职学生本身具有一定群体共性,需要将职业技能提升、时代使命教育、职业精神引导等内容作为主流意识形态教育的重要内容.可从三个方面进行新时代背景下主流意识形态教育的创新:一是整合思政教育内容,以思想教育引导职业选择;二是贯彻全员育人理念,以队伍建设提升育人实效;三是重视使用新媒体,以模式创新适应工作变化.
Abstract
The education work of higher vocational colleges should respond to the requirements of the new era,carry out the mainstream ideological education research and practice work,and effectively improve the effectiveness of education work.Because college students in higher vocational colleges have certain group commonality,it is necessary to take vocational skills upgrading,mission education of The Times,professional spirit guidance and other contents as important contents of mainstream ideological education.This paper puts forward the innovative strategies of mainstream ideological education under the background of the new era from three aspects:one is to integrate the content of ideological and political education and guide the career choice with ideological education;Second,carry out the concept of full education,improve the effectiveness of education by team construction;Third,pay attention to the use of new media,model innovation to adapt to work changes.
