摘要
新时代高职德育工作在发展中遇到了现实困境,给教育工作者带来了巨大挑战.高职院校可以将孔子仁学思想融入德育工作,遵循政治性、批判性、创新性原则,从内容、师资、环境、实践等方面采取有效策略,促进德育工作健康发展.
Abstract
The development of higher vocational moral education in the new era has encountered a realistic dilemma,which has brought great challenges to the educators.The political,critical and innovative principles should be adopted in the integration of Confucius benevolence thought into the moral education of higher vocational colleges.In terms of specific integration strategies,Confucius benevolence thought can be integrated into the moral education of higher vocational colleges from the aspects of content,teachers,environment and practice.
