摘要
职业本科是职业教育改革的新趋势.数字经济时代的职业本科金融类专业人才培养是数字技术引领行业变革的现实要求,是职业本科教育学术性与职业性有效融合的发展要求和金融人才培养中国化的实践要求.职业本科金融类专业应采取融入培养数据素养的系列课程、构建符合职业本科层次定位的课程体系、依托课程讲好新时代中国金融故事等有效措施优化课程体系,培养新时代高素质金融技术技能人才.
Abstract
Undergraduate-level vocational education is a new trend in vocational education reform.In the era of digital economy,the training of professional financial talents for undergraduate vocational education is a realistic requirement for the transformation of the industry led by digital technology,the development requirement for the effective integration of academic and vocational education for undergraduate vocational education,and the practical requirement for the training of financial talents in China.Vocational undergraduate finance majors should take effective measures to optimize the course system,such as integrating a series of courses to cultivate data literacy,constructing a course system in line with the level positioning of vocational undergraduates,and telling Chinese financial stories in the new era by relying on the course,so as to cultivate high-quality financial technical talents in the new era.
