In recent years,cross-border e-commerce has shown a contrarian upward trend and become an important force to promote economic development and industrial structure upgrading.The comprehensive pilot zone of cross-border e-commerce in Jiangsu Province has some problems,such as low service refinement,obstacles to enterprise transformation and upgrading,and lagging talent training and introduction.Through the analysis of the development experience of Hangzhou and Ningbo cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones,it is suggested that Jiangsu improve the level of supporting services through reform,innovation and technology empowerment,improve the level of industrial development through government leadership and leading driving,improve the level of talent training and introduction through school-enterprise cooperation and optimization of the environment,and promote cross-border e-commerce in Jiangsu Province to a high level in multiple dimensions,providing a strong driving force for industrial structure upgrading.
