摘要
与数字经济相伴而生的新行业、新岗位等对我国传统就业市场产生了一定的影响.河北省存在城乡居民就业能力不足、创业扶持力度不够大、就业公平保障体系不完善等问题.为了提高城乡居民就业质量,政府要优化产业结构、完善法律法规、鼓励多渠道灵活就业,居民要不断提高技能、把握就业就会、增强维权意识.
Abstract
New industries and positions accompanied with the digital economy have had a huge impact on traditional employment market.There are problems in Hebei Province,such as insufficient employment capacity of urban and rural residents,insufficient support for entrepreneurship,and an imperfect employment equity guarantee system.In order to improve the employment quality of urban and rural residents,the government should optimize the industrial structure,improve laws and regulations,and encourage flexible employment through multiple channels.Residents should continuously improve their skills,grasp employment opportunities,and enhance their awareness of safeguarding their rights.
