Education and management of student Party members in higher vocational colleges is an important means to cultivate students'political quality.At present,there are problems in the education and management of student Party members in higher vocational colleges,such as simple content,imperfect system and mechanism,and lack of novelty in form.This paper focuses on high-quality development goals,education and management mechanism innovation,team construction,platform construction and other aspects to explore the construction of"1+2+3+4"education and management mechanism for student Party members in higher vocational colleges.
