Basic Framework and Practical Exploration of Safety Production Management System in Colleges and Universities:Taking Nanjing University of Technology as an Example
Safety production management is an important component of university governance.Establishing a sound university safety management system is a strong support for ensuring the smooth and healthy development of teaching and research activities.Our study systematically explores the logical framework of the safety production management systems in universities.It answers three practical questions of"who will do it,how to do it,and what kind of work will be done"in university safety production management.In addition,we propose policy suggestions for universities to establish leadership institutions of safety management,strengthen the safety production responsibility system for all staff,improve business line safety standards,and implement safety rewards and punishments,so as to provide new thoughts for strengthening and improving safety production management in universities.
