It is urgent to speed up the modernization of university governance,and the design of internal incentive mechanism such as teaching incentive,scientific research incentive,salary incentive and promotion incentive has become the key to perfect the governance mechanism of colleges and universities and improve the governance ability of colleges and universities.Aiming at the practical performance of the lack of adaptability of incentive mechanism and governance mechanism in our country,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to enhance adaptability,such as focusing on process-based incentive and multi-dimensional incentive,making good use of cultural governance power,mobilizing the enthusiasm of governance subject,etc.,through theoretical connotation analysis and adaptation angle,and lays the foundation for the realization of the pattern of co-governance,good governance and long-term governance in colleges and universities.
