The modern apprenticeship system and new type of enterprise apprenticeship system jointly constitute the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics.As a pioneer in the reform of vocational education,Jiangsu Province has led the country in the pilot process of both apprenticeship systems.At present,the modern apprenticeship system has become an important way for school-enterprise cooperation,providing enterprises with a large number of"customized"talents.The new apprenticeship system for enterprises has provided strong support for building a modern industrial system.Jiangsu Province is facing problems such as inconsistent financial support policies for two types of apprenticeship systems,difficulty in participating for small and micro enterprises,inadequate teaching monitoring and evaluation systems,and ineffective implementation of the dual mentor system.It is necessary to unify the government subsidy policies for the two types of apprenticeship systems,strengthen institutional construction,increase support efforts,strengthen quality standards,and increase quality management efforts.Schools and enterprises should cooperate to build an integrated teaching staff.
