Localized talent cultivation is the core content of Zhenghe College's service for"going-out"enterprises under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative.During the early project implementation of Zhenghe Plan in Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Commerce,some problems such as poor cross-cultural communication,different emphasis of Chinese and foreign courses,different learning foundations of students,and low enthusiasm in virtual classrooms were found.To solve these problems,a series of countermeasures are put forward in order to provide experience for Sino-foreign cooperative education in the aspects of teaching concept,teaching content and teaching mode.
