摘要
收集湖北省2010-2021年的样本数据,采用熵值法对制造业高质量发展指标与数字经济发展指标进行权重与综合指数的计算.研究发现:数字经济发展水平的提升对制造业高质量发展具有显著促进作用,但是对制造业高质量发展的规模效益、创新效益、绿色效益、国际效益的影响程度不同.从数字化基础设施建设、数字化技术创新、科教资源与政府服务等方面,提出数字经济赋能地区制造业高质量发展的具体路径.
Abstract
Collect sample data from Hubei Province from 2010 to 2021,and use the entropy method to calculate the weight and comprehensive index of the high-quality development indicators of the manufacturing industry and the development indicators of the digital economy.Research has found that the improvement of the development level of the digital economy has a significant positive promoting effect on the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry,but the impact on the scale efficiency,innovation efficiency,green efficiency,and international efficiency of the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry is significantly different.This paper proposes specific paths for empowering the high-quality development of regional manufacturing industry through digital economy,focusing on digital infrastructure construction,digital technology innovation,scientific and educational resources,and government services.
