摘要
现代社会对高素质技术技能人才的需求日益增加.高职院校是培养高素质技术技能人才的主要场所,高职辅导员对高素质技术技能人才培养有重要作用.分析高职辅导员工作的重要性及其队伍建设现状,提出相应的建议和对策.
Abstract
In modern society,the demand for high quality technical talents is increasing.Higher vocational colleges are the main places to train high quality technical talents,and higher vocational counselors play an important role in the training of high quality technical talents.This paper analyzes the importance of higher vocational counselors'work and the current situation of team construction,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
