This paper probes into the logical relationship and mechanism behind spirit of Jiangsu merchants and the process of Chinese modernization,and deeply analyzes the inner characteristics of the spirit of spirit of Jiangsu merchants and its compatibility with Chinese modernization.The spirit of spirit of Jiangsu merchants has its unique value concept and behavior mode,which provides a strong spiritual force for the modernization of Chinese style through promoting economic development,social governance and cultural inheritance.
