The construction of party members is the basic project of party building in universities.Under the background of"Internet+",the group differences between the new and old Party members in colleges and universities in the cognition of ideals and beliefs,individual behavior characteristics,and participation in organizational life have become increasingly apparent,which presents the dual dilemma that the old Party members are difficult to cross the digital divide and the new Party members are facing the multicultural shock.It is necessary to realize the two-way mutual promotion of new and old Party members under the"Internet+":Old Party members play the role of exemplary leadership,education,help,supervision and guidance,and correctly guide the value orientation of new Party members;The new Party members change their identity and mentality,and help the old Party members to cross the digital divide in the"cultural feeding".Party organizations in colleges and universities can promote the mutual progress of new and old Party members through two-way connection,role positioning,assessment and training.
