With the rapid development of higher education,the construction of college counselor team as the key force of ideological and political education of college students has been paid more and more attention.However,there are still many challenges in the construction of college counselor team,which seriously restrict the overall quality and professional level of the counselor team,and affect the effective performance of their education and management responsibilities.This paper deeply analyzes the current situation of college counselor team construction,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to improve the professional quality and working ability of the college counselor team,and better serve the growth of college students and the stable development of colleges and universities.
