Under the macro background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,many students in higher vocational colleges are involved in the vigorous tide of innovation and entrepreneurship.However,higher vocational college students are relatively weak in group legal consciousness and weak in legal risk prevention ability.This paper expounds the basic types,forms and causes of legal risks encountered by vocational college students in the process of entrepreneurship,explores the construction and improvement of legal protection mechanism for vocational college students'entrepreneurship,improves the survival rate of vocational college students'entrepreneurship from the legal level,and escorts vocational college students'entrepreneurship.
