摘要
高职院校实践育人是落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径,是涵养学生创新精神的关键步骤,是铸牢学生担当意识的有效举措.高职院校实践育人存在缺乏完善的协同联动发展机制和开放共享的育人资源等问题.高职院校应采取完善实践育人的体制机制、建成开放共享的资源网络、打造特色创新的内容体系、创设动态良性的文化环境等有效策略.
Abstract
In the new era,practical education in vocational colleges is an important way to implement the fundamental task of moral education,a key step in cultivating students' innovative spirit,and an effective measure to strengthen their sense of responsibility.There are many problems in practical education in current vocational colleges,which are reflected in the lack of a collaborative development mechanism for practical education,a lack of shared and open resource systems.Higher vocational colleges should adopt effective strategies such as perfecting the system and mechanism of practical education,building an open and shared resource network,creating a characteristic and innovative content system,and creating a dynamic and benign cultural environment.
