摘要

学分银行是促进职业教育改革发展、创新技术技能型人才培养途径的内在需要.基于学分银行的学分互认是各类教育衔接的中介,突破了常规人才培养的方式,完善了学历教育与职业培训并重的职教体系.在推进学分银行建设的背景下,分析高职院校学分互认面临的机遇与挑战,提出加强顶层设计、拓展学分银行合作联盟、对接开放平台、构建高职学分转换标准等改革策略,为高职院校提高人才培养质量、规划学生职业路径、完善实践教学方案等提供参考.

Abstract

Credit bank is the internal need of promoting the reform and development of vocational education and innovating the training of technical and skilled personnel.Credit mutual recognition based on credit banks is the intermediary of various kinds of education,which breaks through the conventional way of personnel training,and improves the vocational education system that attaches equal importance to academic education and vocational training.Under the background of promoting the construction of credit banks,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by credit mutual recognition in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward reform strategies such as strengthening top-level design,expanding credit bank cooperation alliance,docking open platforms,and building higher vocational credit transfer standards,which can provide references for higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of talent training,plan students' career paths,and improve practical teaching programs.
