摘要
建设产业学院有利于发挥多元主体协同育人的作用,能够为行业企业提供高质量的技术技能人才.江苏省强化政策扶持、放权赋能大力推动职业院校建设产业学院,在产业学院建设规模、育人服务成效、办学模式、治理机制等方面取得一定成效.可以采用优化整体布局、完善治理体系、打造共同体等方式,有效提升产业学院建设水平.
Abstract
The construction of industrial college is conducive to play the role of collaborative education of multiple subjects,and can provide high-quality technical talents for industrial enterprises.Jiangsu Province strengthens policy support,delegates power and empowers,vigorously promotes the construction of industrial colleges in vocational colleges,and has achieved certain results in the construction scale of industrial colleges,the effectiveness of education services,the mode of running schools,and the governance mechanism.It can be adopted to optimize the overall layout,improve the governance system,build a community and other ways to effectively improve the construction level of industrial colleges.
