Formation Mechanism,Assessment Dilemma and Implementation Path of the Data Asset Valuation of the Digital Village in China's Rural Area Driven by the Digital Economy
This study focuses on the implementation path of digital rural data assets,combines the theories of digital economy driven development and system dynamics,constructs application scenarios of digital rural data assets from four dimensions:agricultural production digitization,agricultural product traceability management,precise matching of agricultural product supply and demand,and rural digital governance,and proposes five types of data asset value formation mechanisms:CA type,AE type,CE type,RA type,and RC type.In view of the problems such as large data risk exposure,unclear ownership division,fuzzy value formation mechanism,and limited applicability of evaluation methods,in order to realize the value of digital rural data assets,it is necessary to improve the data security governance and supervision system,build a multidimensional subject rights system for data assets,build a multi-level data asset value evaluation system,and optimize the data asset value evaluation method.
