摘要
经济的高质量发展必然需要高质量的人才,而高职院校教学督导为培养高素质技术技能人才提供了坚实保障.阐述当前高职院校教学督导的实施情况,分析高质量发展背景下高职院校教学督导存在的问题,并从加强调查研究、构建内部管理机制、构建激励机制、完善内部治理机制等方面提出优化策略.
Abstract
The high-quality development of economy inevitably needs high-quality talents,and the teaching supervision of higher vocational colleges provides a solid guarantee for cultivating high-quality technical talents.This paper expounds the current implementation of teaching supervision in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the existing problems of teaching supervision in higher vocational colleges under the background of high-quality development,and puts forward optimization strategies from the aspects of strengthening investigation and research,building internal management mechanism,building incentive mechanism and improving internal governance mechanism.
