This paper probes into the relationship between adversity quotient, psychological resilience and psychological capital of college counselors.A total of 189 on-the-job counselors in 7 colleges and universities were investigated by using adversity table, mental resilience scale and psychological capital scale. Results:The adversity quotient score of college counselors was(125.54±11.95),the psychological resilience score was(61.50±10.84)and the psychological capital score was(104.02±12.01).The adversity quotient score of college counselors was positively correlated with the psychological resilience and psychological capital(r1=0.828,r2=0.737,P<0.01);Multiple linear regression analysis showed that working age, psychological resilience and psychological capital were the main factors affecting the adversity quotient of college counselors(P<0.05),and the three factors accounted for 76.00%of the total variation(R2=0.760,F=100.039,P<0.01).The empirical results show that the adversity quotient level of college counselors is in the middle level, and the working age, psychological resilience and psychological capital are the important factors affecting the adversity quotient level of college counselors. It is suggested that student education administrators should take corresponding measures to actively improve the adversity quotient level of college counselors.
