Preparation and Properties of TiO2/PVDF-g-PEGMA/PVDF Membrane under Double Coagulation Bath Conditions
TiO2 and PVDF-g-PEGMA amphiphilic polymer were added into the casting solution together, and ethanol solution was used as the first coagulation bath. With its high pore-forming ability,a large number of holes were formed on the surface of the modified membrane. Then, the modified membrane was put into the second coagulation bath of NaCl solution, and the growth of membrane pores was inhibited by NaCl solution,a hydrophilic TiO2/PVDF-g-PEGMA/PVDF UF membrane with high porosity and small pores was prepared. Results showed that when the content of ethanol solution in the first coagulation bath was 20%,with the increased of NaCl solution concentration in the second coagulation bath,α the growth of crystalline phase was inhibited,β the proportion of crystalline phase increased, the surface roughness decreased, and the anti-pollution performance of the modified film increased. In the experiment, the modified membrane prepared under the condition of M2 coagulation bath(20%ethanol solution,20 g/L NaCl solution)had the best performance, porosity of 1.94%.In the SA retention test, membrane flux and retention of 288 L/(m2·h)and 68.08%.When the transmembrane pressure was 10 psi(0.07 MPa),pure water flux and flux recovery rate of 1 862 L/(m2·h)and 76.25%,respectively,which were improved compared with M0(only 20%ethanol solution). The trade-off effect was alleviated,BSA adsorption capacity decreased to 961.56 μg/cm2,and anti-pollution performance was improved.
