摘要

在当前国家"碳达峰"政策全面布局、深入推进的背景下,城市排水系统的碳排放问题仍然是系统性盲点,其当量规模与大尺度区域分布突出了对长效管控的迫切需求.文章从全球碳排放水平、碳源及影响因素3个方面描述城市排水系统碳排放特征,进而从直接排放、间接排放和碳捕集利用3个角度提出城市排水系统减排措施,以推进城市排水系统"碳中和"研究,助力城市"碳中和".

Abstract

Under the background of the comprehensive layout and in-depth promotion of current national carbon peak policy,the carbon emission problem of urban drainage system is still a systematic blind spot,and its equivalent scale and large-scale regional distribution highlight the urgent need for long-term control.This paper describes the carbon emission characteristics of urban drainage system from three aspects of global carbon emission level,carbon sources and influencing factors,and puts forward the emission reduction measures of urban drainage system from three perspectives of direct emission,indirect emission and carbon capture and utilization,so as to promote the research on carbon neutrality of urban drainage system.
